2. High Fatigue Resistance. Similarly, 2017 aluminum alloy can withstand an almost infinite number of alternating loads without aging.
3. Remarkable Spot Welding Effect. The point welding effect of 2017 aluminum sheet is ideal, and riveting is also good. However, other welding methods are prone to crack, need to use a special process.
4. Mechanical Properties. 2017 aluminum sheet tensile strength σb (MPa) is 215 ~ 355, and the elongation δ10 (%) is 12 ~ 17.
1. Cracks, corrosion spots and traces of nitrate are not allowed on the surface.
2. Peeling, bubbles, surface roughness and local mechanical damage with depth less than 8% of the nominal wall thickness of the defect location are allowed on the surface, but the maximum depth of the defect shall not exceed 0.5mm, and the total area of the defect shall not exceed 5% of the total area of the plate.
